MY BACKGROUND
I was raised in N.J. after emigrating from France as a young child with my parents and two older brothers. At the young age of 17, I headed west to Colorado to attend the University of Denver and I never left! In 1992, I merged my interior design business with my real estate business and joined RE/MAX in 1996. I have consistently been a top-producing solo agent specializing in the Central and South Metro Denver area. When you hire me to assist you with your real estate sale or purchase, you are dealing directly with me. I will not hand you off to another agent or a transaction assistant. I am with you 100% of the way.

MY STYLE
I’ve been told many times by my clients that I am direct but not pushy. It’s important to me to find the perfect property, and sometimes it’s not even the one you expected! I will always be frank about the pros and cons of a home. The final decision is yours, but I will make sure that you have all the information you need to make the right decision for you.
COMMUNICATION
We will decide together what type of communication we have – telephone, email, text or in person meetings. Let me know what works best for you. We are a team, working toward the same goals. I expect that you communicate what’s important to you, and I will do the same.
REPUTATION
I’ve been selling real estate in the Denver Metro Area for 27 years and I have worked hard to be an agent that other agents want to work with on a transaction. I have accomplished this by being honest, friendly, knowledgeable and consistent. Networking between agents is key in finding unlisted properties for sale, especially in a seller’s market with low inventory. It's also important when submitting an offer in a multiple offer situation - other agents will recommend or not recommend an offer based on the agent's reputation for working with qualified clients who are ready and able to close a transaction.

Because we had to fly in several times to look at houses, Martine always cleared her schedule as much as she could when we were coming into town to dedicate time for whirlwind house tours.
I always felt like she was looking out for our best interests, as she gave excellent advice on what to look for as we looked at houses, as well as pointed out any areas of concern we would not have noticed. She paid attention to what was important to us and knew what we were looking for, and I feel like she knew the house we wanted almost before we did. We had a complicated closing process, and she was extremely responsive and walked us through the whole thing, working overtime to make sure our deadlines were met, as well as recommending local people to work with for mortgage and insurance to make the process easier.
From start to finish, Martine was excellent and we would absolutely use her again.
When we decided on our house, she gave good advice and strategy on our initial offer. She also worked very closely with the selling agent to ensure that we were very well represented. The house that we were after had multiple offers on it, and ours was not the highest. She did a great job of convincing the sellers that we were the right buyers for their house.
Martine recommended a sewer inspection, which I would not have done without her guidance. It did not reveal any issues, which has given us great peace of mind in our purchase. She also assisted after the sale with a recommendation for a house painter that did great work on making our house feel new when we moved in.
I know that she has also been a selling agent for company relocations (not mine) and sold quickly at a good price.
